With over 20 years in the service industry, Delsin Richardson brings a passion for hospitality and bartending excellence to every pour. Known for his high standards and commitment to service, his expertise shines through his role as Lead Bartender at Baltimore’s celebrated Dutch Courage Gin Bar. Delsin has competed at top-tier cocktail competitions, earning accolades such as Finalist for the 2023 R.A.M. Bartender of the Year, World Class US Top Hundred 2024, top placement at Monkey47 & Absolut Elix Cocktail Competition, and a live TV spot on Fox45. Whether behind the bar or on the competition stage, he brings a unique blend of artistry and professionalism to every creation.

Tori Stoute

Hi all! Name is Tori, but I go by Teapot or T, for short. I'm a physical therapist by day, avid crocheter every other hour of the day (@HooksandLoopers on IG), and "retired" bartender on the side. I tended bar for almost 10 years in Towson, where I met and had the wonderful pleasure of working alongside Delsin. I definitely miss the hustle of the bar and love getting pulled out of retirement to work with him and the crew!

Rampant meme goblin, aspiring pirate captain, and only slightly apologetic craft bartender. I’ve been a repeat participant in Camp Runamok and Portland Cocktail Week, gotten Bar Certified through Bar 5 Day, and advanced in competitions like Ryes Up and the USBG’s Diageo World Class. Relentlessly inspired by my friends, I’m fueled by their support the more I grow and learn.

I’m Heath(They/He)! I’ve been a Baltimore bartender since 2015. I have worked at high end cocktail bars, dive bars, and sponsored events all over the country. As a drummer for several bands, I’ve always loved putting on a show, and creating a fun, hospitable, inclusive atmosphere. Meeting great people, and taking care of them is my passion. Whether I’m slinging drinks or shredding drums, I hope to serve you soon!

Hey y'all, Pat here! I've been bartending for nearly a decade now and I have a blast making fun cocktails for good folks. Watching people smile after taking a sip of a drink I made for them is my favorite part of the job. If I'm not behind the bar, I usually try to find inspiration through travel. I love an impromptu road trip to explore a new city, catch up with friends, or just get out to the middle of nowhere for a bit.
