our live cocktail classes are an interactive, skill-building experience led by Delsin and his expert team.

Each session runs about 1.5 hours (2.5 hours total including arrival and goodbyes) and includes hands-on instruction for up to 20 participants.

You’ll make three cocktails of your choice— whether you want to stick with the classics or try something custom. Everyone gets their own station, pours with precision, and learns real technique: shaking, stirring, tin-locking, and more. It’s immersive, educational, and built for any skill level.
